Nicky Rackham
Clinical Director
Nicky works as a Resuscitation Officer in a large acute NHS Trust, which involves teaching clinical staff at all levels and attending emergencies across the site; she is a qualified nurse on the NMC general register with extensive experience in Accident and Emergency. She is also an experienced instructor for National Clinical Courses – Advanced Life Support (ALS), European Paediatric Life Support (EPLS) and Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) courses and is a Neonatal Life Support (NLS) Provider. Nicky trains key clinical staff to become instructors on the General Instructor Course (GIC) and spent eight years as a regional representative for the Resuscitation Council UK validating their ALS courses.
Nicky is also a First Aid Instructor, and has extensive experience in delivering training in a community setting. She is also a governor in her son’s school.
Richard Rackham

Richard has extensive senior management experience in a number of organisations. His portfolio includes Health and Safety, Emergency Planning, Business Continuity and Quality and he has advised large organisations and community groups on organisational change, has arbitrated in employee issues, conducted complex investigations, has international lecturing experience and has advised government departments as a member of several expert panels.
Richard is a chartered Health and Safety practitioner, member of the Business Continuity Institute, member of the Emergency Planning Society, a lead auditor for ISO9001, ISO22301 and OHSAS18001 and is a First Aid Instructor. He is also an experienced mentor and recognises the importance of contributing to the community having been a Chairman of Governors at a local school and member of a local authority and now is a member of his local Rotary Club.
